HOW TO SCORE IN LAW PAPER


Q.what should be the presentation in exam ?

Ans : Always divide your answer in paragraph as under
a). Fact of the case - write summary of the question asked
b). Legal Provision - Write the relevant provision of the law which are applicable to the current case.
c). Discussion - in this para co relate legal provision with the facts of the case .
d). Conclusion - it should always be in one or two line.

Q2. Should we write Section number in answer ?

Ans: No , if u dont remember or you are confused about the section number never quote it as wrong section number will create negative impression in the mind of examiner . and there are no extra marks for quoting section .

Q3. Should we reproduce law language in the exam ?

Ans:- NO, as if you see the institute material no where bare act language is used either in sections or practice manual . so go with simple language but try to cover some teachnical law words . you can also make your law words glossary so it will make your answer look beautifull . i made glossary for Law words they were around 120+ .

Q4. Which book to refer for prepration ?

ANS: Institute material is more than enough for Law . Try to cover SM and PM . Now a days institute is also providing summary notes for every subject so u may also refer that . Remember one thing summary notes prepared by others wont help you but if u make your notes that will benifit you most .

Q5. Director chapter ??

ANS : Please guys look at other chapters also Director chapter is not for 100 marks so plz devote your time on allied law too as in allied law mostly same questions are asked from PM .

Q6. Is coaching necessary for Law?

ANS: i will not advice you to take coaching for law as i have observed teachers make it more complicated and creates a fear amongst students . i wont take name of teacher but his book is famous among student but in class sir teach with bare act which makes it more complicated for student and misguide them
